About

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, holding both a Diploma and a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Hons.) from the University of Middlesex, and a MSc in Pluralistic Counselling & Psychotherapy from IICP College. I am also a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

In my Therapy work I focus on each client’s inner strengths, working with him or her to find new ways of managing problems, gaining clearer perspectives and implementing realistic solutions.

I work with clients on a range of issues including anxiety, depression and low mood, a sense of low self-worth, and difficulty in coping with life.  I have also supported clients experiencing bereavement or challenges relating to marriage, divorce and relationship breakdown, and parenting, including parenting adult children.

I welcome all clients to my practice, and will work with them through any difficulties or issues, even if they are not easily defined or categorised.

The practice is based in Rathfarnham, South Dublin, where clients are seen in a comfortable and quiet setting.
